Looking back on August 2024, Rudy enjoyed three day trips by train and visited two new stations. Along the way we caught 11 trains and used 2 buses.

Rudy caught four trains and one bus this morning, travelling from Aberdeen to Stonehaven, Montrose, Glasgow Queen Street, Partick and Maryhill.

Our walk at Stewarton started along the Clerkland Burn to Cunningham Watt Park. Flowing water to enjoy, riverside stairs to climb and descend and climb again and muddy benches along the burn. There was a good picnic spot in the park proper though &#

Just south of Stewarton the railway crosses the Annick Water and that means a viaduct for Rudy to visit, always a favourite selfie for him 😅 Luckily there's a beautiful riverside path to walk round on the southern edge of the town with uni
