Looking back on December 2024, Rudy enjoyed two day trips by train and visited one new stations. Along the way we caught 10 trains and used 3 buses.

Rudy had a very busy day, catching six trains and two buses this afternoon.

A "let's catch the first train to wherever" plan led us to catch the 13:15 Ardrossan train from Glasgow Central. So did the rain! A very (short) blustery walk along Ardrossan Beach followed before catching "the first train out of here"!

Rudy has been to Ardrossan Beach a few times now and we know it's a great beach for dogs to run around. Wanting to stretch his legs a bit we chose to visit the beach again on a chilly but dry December afternoon. We chose the walk while it was dry b

Rudy caught four trains and one bus this afternoon, travelling from Maryhill to Anniesland, Hyndland, Glasgow Central, Glasgow Central and Gilshochill.

A Saturday afternoon in December meant town was very busy when we arrived at Central Station. Everyone else was here for shopping though and our River Clyde walk was quieter than we expected for any weekend. We stopped past the Clyde Tidal Weir fo
