Rudy caught two trains this Monday afternoon. We travellled from Edinburgh to Dalgety Bay and then returned to Edinburgh.

A Monday afternoon visit to Dalgety Bay station in Fife, Eastern Scotland. We arrived at 12:32 on a train from Edinburgh. We got our station selfie & some photos then went for a walk

At Dalgety Bay station we headed for Letham Hill Wood on the western edge of the town. The narrow ridge isn't at all a Big Hill but it's enough to stop built development and so creates a preserved green belt between Dalgety Bay and Inverkeithing.

Fife Coastal Path

Our walk from Dalgety Bay took us down to the Fife Coastal Path where there are good views of a railway viaduct you might recognise! We also took a look (from a safe distance!) over the flooded Prestonhill Quarry and got to enjoy a rest in Ballast
