An August afternoon in Ayrshire but avoiding the potentially busy beaches. Rudy visited Stewarton on the 31st of August 2024 arriving at 13:45 on a train from Glasgow Central.

Stewarton is an East Ayrshire station on the Glasgow South Western Line first opened in 1871. In 1975 it was reduced to a single line & platform but then reinstated in 2009 to double track & twin platforms.

Cunningham Watt Park
