Looking back on 2024, Rudy enjoyed fifty-five day trips by train and visited forty-two new stations. Along the way we caught 172 trains and used 47 buses — we even took two ferry trips.

A "let's catch the first train to wherever" plan led us to catch the 13:15 Ardrossan train from Glasgow Central. So did the rain! A very (short) blustery walk along Ardrossan Beach followed before catching "the first train out of here"!

Luggie Water
