A proper Railway Adventure at Alloa had us walk down part of the Alloa Wagonway where some of the very first iron rails were used in Scotland - predating the railway proper by almost a hundred years!

After our Darn Walk to get to Dunblane Rudy returned for a walk further along the river to see the railway viaduct over the Allan Water. Because riverside walks to see railway viaducts is what we do. Oh, and also picnics we do have quite a lot of pic
