A Sunday afternoon visit to Brunstane station in Edinburgh, Eastern Scotland. We arrived at 12:18 on a train from Edinburgh. We got our station selfie & some photos then went for a walk

Brunstane Burn

The walk along Brunstane Burn starts just across the road from Brunstane. Its a solid path which ducks under the East Coast Mainline at one point and ends at the Joppa Shore on the southern edge of Portobello.

Rudy caught three trains this evening, travelling from Glasgow Queen Street to Carnoustie, Arbroath and Aberdeen.

Travelling from Glasgow to Aberdeen by train only takes two & a half or three hours. It also goes past the Angus coastal beaches where stopping off for an hour to eat a picnic dinner by the sea is an option. Bonus rock-pooling time at Carnoustie f
