Thorntonhall
A walk at Thorntonhall train station.
Thorntonhall is not for the likes of Rudy & me. A village of large detached houses for the super rich folks with big private gardens means there's no real community green space to enjoy. We did find a leafy back lane before taking the first road out and walking to the next station along the line!
Back roads can be hit or miss but this one was very peaceful and rural - no cars at all went past during our mid-afternoon walk.
