East Linton Explore

Station openings in December don't lend themselves to beautiful dog walks and that was definitely the case with East Linton! A very rainy period before opening day meant that our plan to walk along the River Tyne to see a castle was cancelled due to flooding! The river was extremely high and had flooded the riverside path making it impassable. We got a little run along before it was blocked but then Rudy was quite happy to head back to the station early. It did mean we had the chance to explore the village high street and find a sheep field for Rudy to enjoy the scents from his vantage point on the dry stane dyke!
