River Averon (Alness)
A walk at Alness train station.
We spent the night in Alness which gave us plenty of time to take an evening walk down to the River Averon and see the sluice & fish ladder. It was a lovely evening walk from there to the railway viaduct but if course Rudy's favourite was the open grass where he could run around daft after a long day on trains.
