Drem Lawn
A walk at Drem train station.
Drem is a very small village in East Lothian with a population of less than 100 in the 2001 Census. It's Wikipedia article currently starts with a photo captioned "Old farm buildings and cottages brought back to life as expensive houses."
For me and Rudy we found no safe walking routes from the station to anywhere except the village green across the road from the station carpark.
We made do with a picnic and one of our shortest visits so far. Still a nice day out though :)
A twenty year campaign for a path to Gullane to the north has existed but organising land ownership has been impossible.
