One dog, one railway, one heck of an adventure!

Ladybank

Ladybank

Station 68

Rudy arrived at 12:33 on a train from Aberdeen and departed on the 15:04 service to Haymarket.

Ladybank is in North East Fife and the station is at a junction on the east-coast mainline. Trains from Edinburgh can either go left to Perth or north to Dundee.

Originally opened in 1847 by the North British Railway the b-listed buildings now house the studio of artist Kirsty Lorenz and the Off The Rails Arthouse creative studio space. The North British Railway waiting room on the eastern platform is accompanied by the restored “Laird’s Waiting Room”.
