Kennishead Railway Station
Rudy arrived twenty minutes early for his train at Kennishead. After our walk through King George V park he had wet paws and a sleepy head. He didn't want to wait, it was time to snooze, the train home should be now. Why wasn't the timetable changed to suit him today?! Rudy visited

Kennishead in the southside of Glasgow was opened in 1848 as “Crofthead”. For it’s first 10 years the name was changed several times to different spellings & variations until 1859 since when Kennishead has stuck. Platform 1 trains all head to Glasgow Central but platform 2 sees departures for Kilmarnock, Dumfries and even Carlisle!
