Rudy's Railway Adventures

One dog, one railway, one heck of an adventure!

Brunstane

Station 34

Sunday 14th July 2019
Arrived at 12:18 on a train from Edinburgh Waverley.

Brunstane is an eastern suburb of Edinburgh and the station opened in 2002 as part of the Edinburgh Crossrail project – it became the first stop on the Borders Railway when the route to Tweedbank was re-opened in 2015. Rudy took a walk along part of the John Muir Way before exploring all of Portobello Beach .
