Stations Visited in 2017

Edinburgh Waverley is Scotland's capital city station and always busy. So busy that we'd been on more than fifty trains here before Rudy got peace & space for our "official visit" selfie!

A Friday afternoon visit to Dundee station in Dundee, Eastern Scotland. We arrived at 14:48 on a train from Glasgow Queen Street. We got our station selfie & some photos then went for a walk

Rudy had been on trains here a dozen times before ever starting to keep track so deciding on an "official visit" date for Scotland's busiest station was tricky! We've chosen a day we went to show solidarity with striking rail workers in June 2022. We caught the bus there and walked home.

A Wednesday afternoon visit to Glasgow Queen Street station in Glasgow, West Central Scotland. We caught the 15:34 train to Maryhill after our walk - and after taking our station selfie of course!

Rudy managed to grab a few photos at Aberdeen waiting for his last train trip before the UK covid-19 lockdown restrictions. It's a station he knows well from previous visits but today he was a little unsure of how quiet it was - usually 8000 passengers a day travel here.

A Monday afternoon visit to Pollokshaws West station in Glasgow, West Central Scotland. We caught the 14:08 train to Glasgow Central after our walk - and after taking our station selfie of course!

A fine February afternoon in Stirling gave us the chance to spend all afternoon exploring the city.
