A Favourite Place
A walk at Invergowrie Shore stations.
We caught a nice quiet train from Glasgow Queen Street this morning to celebrate Rudy's 1,000th train. No big walk, just a bacon roll and revisiting a favourite place.
Invergowrie shore line is always calm & peaceful and the wee woods are accessed directly off the station platform so no wonder it's a favourite!
We stuck to familiar ground by wandering past the boat sheds and as far as the old pier where Rudy knew he could turn back in time for the train home and avoid the forecast afternoon showers.
