Aviemore Heatwave

A four night holiday in Aviemore.

A big birthday for one of Rudy's people took him to Aviemore. A favourite repeat destination but this time he had more company than usual meaning lots & lots of pats and treats. It was a very good holiday!

Hotel Life

Rudy's probably not allowed on the hotel bedsheets but it's the only place he can see the TV from.

We stayed at the Macdonald Aviemore Resort where Rudy was allowed to join us for breakfast and also welcomed with a bowl of water at the bar for the little birthday pizza party.

Loch Morlich Beach

The hottest days of the year meant two visits to the beach at Loch Morlich to sit and chill in the shade near the cool water. Mostly spent watching the humans enjoy the water while refusing any offer to tempt him in for a swim. He did go up to the loch edge and get his toes wet but that was enough for this rude boy 😅

Landmark Day Trip

The long weekend was finished by revisiting the Landmark Adventure Centre just up the road at Carrbridge before an evening quietly snoozing, full from lunchtime chips.

Dogs aren't allowed in the butterfly house but can mingle with the dinosaurs, crazy!
