A daytrip to visit all four Pollok stations in Glasgow's southside. First up is Pollokshields East - we're not lost yet. Rudy visited Pollokshields East on the 5th of August 2022 arriving at 15:11 on a train from Glasgow Central.

Opened in 1886 on the Cathcart District Railway, Pollokshields East is typical of the Cathcart Circle stations with a single island platform reached by stairs down from a road bridge. One of Glasgow’s four Gurdwaras is visible above the station. It’s to the rear of the Tramway arts centre with both being on the site of an old tram depot.
