Ancaster Railway Station

Ancaster station is in the East Midlands region of England. Rudy is focussing on mostly Scottish Stations to visit but if we ever run out of those then who knows where we'll end up going!

Ancaster railway station serves the village of Ancaster in Lincolnshire, England. The station is 11.5 miles (19 km) north of Grantham on the Nottingham to Skegness Line.

The station is now owned by Network Rail and managed by East Midlands Railway, who provide all rail services.

There is a working signal box at the west end of the station, but the station itself is unstaffed and offers limited facilities other than two shelters, bicycle storage, timetables and modern help points. The full range of tickets for travel are purchased from the guard on the train as there are no retail facilities or ticket machines at this station.
